The hours children spend on the internet could have a valuable use — helping educators tailor lesson plans in school?

The guest, Rey Junco, felt we’d hear more about the concept of learning analytics, especially in education. It’s an interesting theory and one that lends creedence to educational technology. Unless you are the most experienced and veteran of teachers, gleening data from students’ work is difficult, to say the least. Apps are among the tools available to teachers and their students that might assist in this process. I think specifically of my new favorite app, Subtext.
